Rolf Hogger | President

Rolf has fourteen years experience in the construction industry and eight years specializing in biotechnology and pharmaceutical applications. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.

Rolf founded MRJ in 1992. He manages the Residential Construction and Commercial Development divisions of MRJ. Rolf has a key role in expanding the firm's business and financial goals.



Martin Hogger | Senior Vice President

A graduate of Washington State University's Construction Management Program, Martin has nineteen years experience in the construction industry. He founded and oversees the Commercial Division of MRJ.

Martin's primary focus at MRJ is on client relations, marketing and estimating services. He leads all phases of the construction process, from early project development through pre-construction services to conceptual estimating. Martin provides creative cost alternatives to meet clients' budgets, schedules and quality goals.



Ed Rice | Vice President

Ed is responsible for field operations and project management. With a Construction Management degree from Central Washington University, he has nineteen years experience in commercial and heavy construction. Ed directs MRJ's Field Supervisors to ensure quality workmanship, on-time completion, safety and cost controls.

He is instrumental in the success of MRJ's more technically demanding projects.



Brian Moore | Vice President of Finance

Brian has twenty years experience as a Certified Public Accountant with fifteen years specializing in the construction industry. He established and expanded MRJ's cost control systems and financial models to support the company's continued growth.

Brian works closely with clients to analyze projects and to develop financial models.
