Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both negotiated and bid contracts on a number of diverse project types.

Responsibilities include preconstruction estimating, bid package preparation, project and operations management, presentations, scheduling, and working with subcontractors and suppliers. Project Managers will bid, contract, and oversee completion of all projects from start to finish.

Experience in Timberline estimating, Suretrak Scheduling and all Microsoft programs is preferred. A Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is strongly preferred.

Project Engineer


Project Engineer duties include assisting the project manager, reviewing shop drawings, scope changes and change orders, research/prepare value engineering studies, coordinating with subcontractors, and material procurement. A Bachelor Degree in Construction Management is strongly preferred.

Project Superintendent

Candidates must be experienced in the type of projects that you find described on these web pages.

Superintendents must have knowledge of concrete, steel and wood frame construction. Duties include preplanning, scheduling, forecasting, subcontractor management, labor management, and safety. Computer experience is a requirement for this position.
