One of MRJ's specialties is the renovation of existing buildings. We are successful with renovation projects because are able to self-perform many aspects of the work. Because of this, we maintain complete control of the project schedule, quality and sequencing of each project. We have worked on various projects ranging from seismic retrofits to completely renovated structures.

One of our most notable renovation projects is the Production Network project. This project involved moving a 400-ton, 170-foot heavy timber warehouse by barge down a ship canal to its new location. The building was then re-assembled and converted to a two-story office space. MRJ's success on this project earned a national award and two local awards of merit.
