Ferrari of Seattle-Bellevue Showroom

Designed by Lance Mueller & Associates, the Ferrari of Seattle project was a complete gut and remodel of an existing 9,400 square foot structure to house Ferrari’s new home. 

Ferrari of Seattle brought MRJ on board early in the project to provide pre-construction services and help coordinate the Owner’s furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), tile and wood flooring, which was manufactured and shipped from Italy. 

The project scope consisted of a new storefront façade, new roofing membrane, new mechanical/electrical systems and re-build of the interior to accommodate Ferrari’s global iconic brand. 

The newly renovated facility provides an immersive customer experience complete with state-of-the-art amenities including a 8x12 foot digital display wall, atelier design studio and customer lounge. The show room will prominently feature the latest models Ferrari has to offer.
