This 1,900 square foot project was a new tenant improvement project for the Innate Health Services, LLC-IBS Treatment Center Clinic within the Northgate Pointe project that MRJ previously built. The project was completed in 9 weeks to allow the doctors to occupy their new space. The project had three exam rooms, waiting areas and administrative offices.
