Honda Auto Center of Bellevue

MRJ completed a comprehensive transformation of Honda Auto Center of Bellevue’s aging facility into a modern, state-of-the-art 38,000-square-foot dealership. As one of the first facilities in Washington to incorporate Honda’s new Blue Stage design concept, the project included demolition of the existing showroom exterior and expansions to the north and south elevations to support the reimagined layout. MRJ also constructed a new 12-bay service building to supplement Honda’s main shop and increase overall service capacity.

The exterior showcases Honda’s bold Blue Stage architectural identity, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor shopping areas. The upgraded service center features epoxy flooring and new technician benches, while the interior offers open seating areas, interactive touchscreen stations, and a redesigned guest lounge that reflects Honda’s focus on hospitality. Together, these enhancements create a comfortable, technology-forward environment where customers can work, enjoy refreshments, or unwind.

The project was completed in three phases, allowing Honda to keep its service department operational throughout construction. MRJ was engaged early to provide preconstruction services, offering detailed, timely, and well-researched support for critical design, estimating and decision-making milestones. The 14-month project was completed on time and within budget.
