Wyatt Courtyards office building

Wyatt Way Courtyards is a 10,000 square feet office building constructed over a 7,600 square feet structural concrete parking garage. There is a central courtyard over a post-tensioned concrete parking garage lid and perimeter balcony access on the second floor. The building takes up almost the entire area of the site and required deep excavation for the parking garage. MRJ reduced the site costs by closing sections of the street thus allowing the deep cuts to be performed safely without installing shoring walls. MRJ's crew self-performed the structural concrete work. 

The building exterior included a combination of stonework, wood siding and very steep roof lines to resemble a small European village.
