American Marine Bank-Silverdale branch

With an aggressively tight construction budget and a plan to completely renovate an existing retail space, the American Marine Bank team came to MRJ for help to support their mission. MRJ worked closely with Karreman Architects, Elmquist and Associates Construction Management and American Marine Bank to bring the project within their allowed budget requirements and design goals. The project scope included interior and exterior demolition of an existing retail space and converting the space into American Marine Bank’s new 8,000 square feet Silverdale bank branch. Included in the project were administrative offices, conference rooms, a loan processing center, teller lines, vaults and security systems. In addition to interior work, MRJ renovated the exterior façade of the building by adding a visual tower, new exterior cladding and roofing. It was completed under budget and four weeks ahead of schedule.
