Rouge Cocktail Lounge

The Rouge Cocktail Lounge project was an interior renovation project that transformed a vacant retail space into an art deco lounge. Completed in the Spring of 2020, the New Orleans themed lounge adds a new dining and entertainment venue in the heart of the Old Bellevue neighborhood. The centerpiece of the space is a new bar built various brass and white marble elements along with accommodations for live music. With limited space, the space also included a small kitchen to allow for food service.
