Woodinville Whiskey Distillery and Tasting room

The second phase of the Hollywood Tavern project included the construction of a 7,300 SF warehouse and tasting room, which is the new home for Woodinville Whiskey Company, a whiskey distillery. 

The warehouse is a wood framed building with massive trusses made of reclaimed beams. These trusses were fabricated and assembled off site, disassembled for transport, then reassembled on site before being lifted into place. SIPS panels were used as the roof decking. Centrally located in the warehouse is a structural steel framed mezzanine with a floor deck made of reclaimed wood beams and reclaimed car decking. The mezzanine overlooks fermentation tanks and other equipment used in the alcohol production process.
